When:	Saturday, May 4th, 2013 - Sunday May 5th, 2013 Sign-in: 9:00AM Play Begins: 11:00AM Sharp on both days   Full Schedule for the weekend: Friday, May 3rd, 2013:  6pm: Sign-ins for 2v2 Tournament and Women's 1v1 Tournament 8pm: $1,500 2v2 Tournament  ($50 per team in advance, $60 per team day of) 8pm: Women's 1v1 Tournament ($25 per girl in advance, $30 per girl day of) Saturday, May 4th, 2013:  9am: Captain's meeting for squads and Waivers passed out to be signed by all squad members (rosters must be returned by 10am) 10am: Ballroom opened for warm-ups 11am: BOTE 10v10 and Women's 6v6 Prelims (7 rounds) 8pm: COED 3v3 Tournament ($60 per team in advance, $75 per team day of) Sunday, May 5th, 2013: 10am: Squad Check-ins and ballroom opened for warm-ups 10am: Sign-ups for Consolation Tournament ($100k Masters Qualifier) 11am: 10v10 and 6v6 Bracket Play Start Time 11am: Consolation Tournament Start Time ($40 per team)

Prizes:	If there are 32 Squads, the payouts are as follows: 1st - $10,000 2nd - $4,000 3rd - $1,000 x2
Rules:	WSOBP Rules and Equipment (cups, balls, tables, racks)
Structure:	7 prelim rounds Random partnering within squad fielding 5 teams in each prelim round Players cannot play with the same player on their squad twice, unless the squad makes it to the semi-finals or finals After the prelims, the top 16 squads make the bracket play which is single elimination and games are best of 3 series The two squads that make it to the finals get to choose their player pairings and each pairing will play against 3 of the 5 pairings from the opposing team in single game matches.

Other Info:	Restrictions: Squads are restricted to individual States. There are NO transplant players allowed. If there are no squads (location of the squad's captain) within 90 miles of your home in your home state and you live within 15 miles of the state lines of a neighboring state, you have the option to play on a squad of that neighboring state provided the squad's captain lives within 90 miles of your home and all 10 players are contained within a 180 mile diameter circle. No other exceptions will apply. Valid State Issued Drivers licenses will be checked to verify location. Submission of rosters: If you want to field a squad please submit a roster to beastoftheeast (at) eastcoastbeerpong.com. Please provide us with complete Full and Last Names of each member, their home address, email address, telephone number, gender, and age when submitting your rosters. Change of rosters: Once a roster is submitted, you may not substitute players from another roster whatsoever. If a player on your roster can no longer attend, you must notify ECBP and they may be substituted by another player, but that player cannot be from another squad that has already been submitted. Additional rules: *Violence and unsportmanlike behavior can and will get you removed from the event. If this is to occur, your squad will be forced to play handicapped. *No one is allowed to interfere with game play including other members of your squad. We encourage everyone to cheer on their squads but please do so in a sportsmanlike manner.  You are responsible for anyone not on your squad watching your matches as well.  Their actions will effect your squad. *You may not cross the plane of the table while the other team is shooting. If it is your shot, you may not cross the half-way mark of the table. Breaking either rule will enforce an automatic free penalty shot by the other team - penalty shots cannot be used towards roll-backs. *Captains are required to keep their squads under control and obeying all rules setforth by ECBP.
