All teams that participate in events sponsored by, or in anyway affiliated with East Coast Social Sports, LLC, must agree and abide by the terms and conditions outlined in our waiver form. The conditions appearing on the waiver form are given below:

• I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and have a valid form of photo identification which I agree to provide to the hosting venue upon request.
• I understand the risks of consuming alcoholic beverages.
• The entry fee of this tournament may include beer for the tournament games, however, I fully understand that I am NOT required to consume any alcoholic beverages and that drinking is completely optional. East Coast Social Sports, LLC does not condone the practice of binge drinking.
• I understand that any alcoholic beverages provided to me during this tournament are served by the hosting venue and not by East Coast Social Sports, LLC.
• I agree that if I am deemed intoxicated and/or disorderly, either by the tournament coordinators or by the tournament host, I will forfeit my place in the tournament and may forfeit any prizes if applicable.
• I certify that I do not have any preexisting medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in this event.
• I agree not to hold East Coast Social Sports, LLC responsible for any complications suffered as a result of the consumption of alcohol or injuries sustained during the tournament.
• I agree that I will not engage in any gambling during this tournament, including but not limited to betting money on the outcome of matches or wagering on individual shots.
• I understand that I may be photographed at this event and my picture may be placed on the East Coast Beer Pong website or other relevant mediums. Player will have the option to prevent photos of themselves from being published.
• I understand that each participating player will have a profile created for them. This page will only be viewable by visitors of EASTCOASTBEERPONG.COM if the profile is enabled by you. By default, only the first name and last initial will be displayed.
• I understand that by supplying an email address that it will have the option to opt into the EASTCOASTBEERPONG.COM mailing list. EASTCOASTBEERPONG.COM may periodically contact you as needed using this email address. I agree not to supply an email address that I am not authorized to use.

Every participant in our events is required to sign a waiver form acknowledging that they have understood and have agreed to those terms and conditions. Any alcohol served at events will be served by the hosting bar, restaurant, or club by an employee of that establishment. East Coast Social Sports, LLC is considered the tournament coordinators but are in no way considered employees of the hosting establishment.

Tournament Entry: Tournament entry fees may be refunded based on the following conditions:

• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request a refund via email.
• Entry fees will be refunded in full with no questions asked up to 24 hours prior to the event registration deadline.
• Refunds requested less than 24 hours before the event registration deadline but before the tournament start time will be given or rejected based solely on the discretion of East Coast Social Sports, LLC.
• Refunds requested after the tournament start time will not be given.
• In the event that a purchaser is unsatisfied with the event and wishes to request a refund, the request must be made prior to the purchaser's elimination from the tournament.
• In the event that a purchaser is unable to complete the event due to circumstances under the control of East Coast Social Sports, LLC, the amount of a possible refund will be decided on a case by case basis under the discretion of East Coast Social Sports, LLC.

 

Merchandise: Merchandise refunds may be refunded based on the following conditions:

• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request a refund via email with a detailed explanation of why the refund is being requested.
• If the item purchased is not received by the purchaser, East Coast Social Sports, LLC must be notified within 14 days of the purchase date.
• If the item is received and defective, East Coast Social Sports, LLC will honor a refund only if the purchaser provides a detailed description of the defect.
• Defective Items may be replaced free of charge on a case by case basis under the discretion of East Coast Social Sports, LLC.

Some East Coast Social Sports, LLC events or contests may include prizes for participants. Prizes may include (but are not limited to) cash, complimentary tournament entries, vacation packages, or sponsor provided merchandise. Cash prize amounts are set at the discretion of the tournament coordinators and are not guaranteed unless clearly specified on EASTCOASTBEERPONG.COM. Cash prize amounts may vary with the number of participants and will be paid out of the entry fees collected. No purchase from the hosting venue is necessary to receive a cash prize. No purchase is necessary for website contests; email beastoftheeast@eastcoastbeerpong.com to enter.

 

If an event participant is removed from a venue where an East Coast Social Sports, LLC event is being held for any reason or if an event participant is forfeited from an event due to misconduct as will be determined at the discretion of the East Coast Social Sports, LLC staff, any prizes won by the participant and any eligibility to win prizes will be forfeited back to East Coast Social Sports, LLC.

Some events listed on EASTCOASTBEERPONG.COM are not planned or run by the owners of East Coast Social Sports, LLC. East Coast Social Sports, LLC may offer online payment options for such events. Responsibility for these events rests solely with the event coordinator and hosting venue. Any event details included on the event's webpage are not guaranteed by East Coast Social Sports, LLC.
