November 7-9, 2014 Full Schedule for the weekend: Friday, November 7th, 2014: 5pm: Sign-ins for Kickoff 2v2 Tournament, Men's 1v1, and Women's 1v1 Tournament 5pm: Sign-ins for 2v2 Main Event and 6v6 Coed Main Event (all players must be present to sign waivers) 7pm: Start of Kickoff 2v2 Tournament ($60 per team) 7pm: Start of Women's 1v1 Tournament ($30 per girl) 7pm: Start of Men's 1v1 Tournament (invite only) Saturday, November 8th 12th, 2014: 10am: Captain's meeting for 6v6 Squads and Waivers passed out to be signed by all squad members (waivers/rosters must be returned by 11am) 10:45am: Ballroom opened for warm-ups 11am: ECBPC 2v2 Main Event Prelims Begin (7 25min rounds) 3pm: Day-Of Registration and Sign-Ins Opens for Coed 3v3 Side Event 3pm: ECBPC Coed 6v6 Main Event Prelims Begin (7 25min rounds) 6pm: Sign-Ups/Sign-Ins close for Coed 3v3 Side Event 8pm: Coed 3v3 Side Event Begins ($90 per team) Sunday, November 9th, 2014: 10:30am: Squad Check-ins and ballroom opened for warm-ups 11am: Sign-ups for Consolation 2v2 Tournament Open 11am: 2v2 Main Event Bracket Play Start Time (top 32 teams advance) 12pm: Consolation Tournament Start Time ($40 per team)

Format for 6 v 6 Prelims, Bracket Play, and Finals:
PRELIMS: There will be 7 rounds of prelim play. Each player will play with ever other member of their squad at least once, and will play with 2 of their squad members twice. The pairings will all be random. However, the pairings will be "the same" with respect to gender for both squads. Some rounds will be MM, MM, FF and others will be MF, MF, MM. EX: IF Squad A has gender pairings of MM, MM, FF Squad B will also have MM, MM, FF IF Squad a has gender pairings of MF, MF, MM Squad B will also have MF, MF, MM
BRACKET PLAY: Each Squad will be split into 3 randomly drawn teams (with someone you have not yet played with twice). Each team from Squad A will play each team from Squad B ONCE for a potential total of 9 games. Whichever Squad wins 5 of those games wins the round and advances. Since there are 16 teams advancing to BRACKET PLAY, you will have played with every member of your Squad TWICE IF you reach the Semi Finals. EX: First Squad to 5 Wins the round Squad A Team 1 vs Squad B Team 1 Squad A Team 2 vs Squad B Team 2 Squad A Team 3 vs Squad B Team 3 Squad A Team 1 vs Squad B Team 2 Squad A Team 2 vs Squad B Team 3 Squad A Team 3 vs Squad B Team 1 (if necessary) Squad A Team 1 vs Squad B Team 3 (if necessary) Squad A Team 2 vs Squad B Team 1 (if necessary) Squad A Team 3 vs Squad B Team 2 (if necessary)
FINALS: The format for the finals will be the same as the rest of bracket play with the caveat of captains being able to choose ANY PAIRINGS they desire. They will submit the pairings and number them 1, 2, 3. |

$330 per squad if you register by Septhember 1st ($30 discount) ($35 per girl, $65 per guy) $360 per squad ($70 per guy, $40 per girl) - if you have more than 2 girls on a squad, the cost is still $360. |
