Thursday, January 28, 2016 6pm - Sign-in's/Sign-up's for Kickoff tournaments 8pm - Ballroom opens/Bars open and kickoff tournaments start   6pm - Sign-ins for the main events start (your whole team or 6v6 squad have to be present to sign your waivers)   Friday, January 29, 2016 10am - Sign-ins for 2v2 and 6v6 11am - All 2v2 waivers have to be signed and turned in to participate in the 2v2 main event 12pm - Ballroom opens/Bars open and 2v2 main event Day 1 Prelims begin 1:40pm - Ballroom closes to reset for 6v6 2:30pm - Captain's Meeting for 6v6 (only captains will be allowed in the ballroom during this time) 3pm - All 6v6 waivers have to be signed and turned in to participate in the 6v6 main event 3:30pm - Ballroom re-opens and 6v6 main event Day 1 Prelims begin 5:30pm - Ballroom closes to setup for night time side events 7pm - Sign-ups open for 1v1 and coed 2v2 side events 7:45pm - Sign-ups close for 1v1 and coed 2v2 side events 8pm - 1v1 and coed 2v2 side events start   Saturday, January 30, 2016 11am - Ballroom opens/bars open and 2v2 main event Day 2 Prelims begin 1:30pm - Ballroom closes to reset for 6v6 2:30pm - Ballroom reopens and 6v6 main event Day 2 Prelims begin 5:30pm - Ballroom clsoes to setup for night time side events 7pm - Sign-ups open for coed 3v3 side event 7:45pm - Sign-ups close for coed 3v3 side event 8pm - Coed 3v3 side event starts 8pm - Prelim results will be posted (top 16 squads and top 32 2v2 teams make it to day 3 bracket play)   Sunday, January 31, 2016 10am - 2v2 main event teams that make bracket play must check-in 11am - Ballroom opens/bar opens and 2v2 bracket play begins 12pm - Consolation 2v2 tournament begins 3:30pm - 2v2 Finals begin (tentative if we stay on schedule) 2pm - 6v6 squads that make bracket play must check-in 5pm - 6v6 bracket play begins 9pm - ballroom closes and event is done
